Pets
• Pets are not allowed

• We accept: Visa, Euro/ MasterCard
• We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival

Children and additional bedding
• Children under the age of 2 can stay in the same room as their parents at no extra charge for an additional bed or a baby crib.
• Children of 6 years old and over, or adults, sharing their parents' room or studio are charged at 20% of the room rate per person per night for using the extra bed.
• Maximum capacity of extra beds or baby cots in a room is 1, except from singles, small doubles and quadruples
• Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the management.
• If you wish to stay in the room until 18:00 the extra charge will be half of the daily lease charge.
• Extra service fees are not being automatically calculated in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Cancelation Policy 
‍No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 21 days before confirmed arrival date.
Any cancellation made within 21 days before arrival date, results in 50% - 100% of the stay.
‍
In case of no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
‍
An early departure fee in the amount equal to 50% - 100% of the remaining studio or room charges and taxes will apply to, and be due and payable from, guests checking out prior to their scheduled departure date.
